Lethal Flame where is it?

lethal flame is a sleight u get when you level up. u cant get it in a certain world.

couldn't remember right.

some sleights you could only get from certain rooms, so i just jumped to a conclusion. :/

im pretty sure you get in a rewards room, im thinking destiny islands or twilight town? maybe even hollow bastion.. i don't really remember.

lawl, larxene. i beat her in like 5 minutes.

You can beat just about all the Org/Riku battles with a Fatal Frame Sleight deck, in a matter of minutes.

think its like level 35-40, somewhere in those levels.

It can't be. I used it on likie, the first or second Riku fight. I have to be be in like, my twenties or early thrities.
