True. But to some, they might not even notice the diffrence. I think 100 leaves a sence of completion. Stopping at 99, unless in an FF game, feels a bit awkward to me.

Thats just me though, so it doesnt really matter.

You've got a point but I really wished 99 was the max level. Afterall, the company who made KH was the same as FF. And it was truly close to FF related. But I supposed they shouldn't break any traditions and keep it maxed to 99...or do something stupid like make 255 the max level.

I think level 100 feels... unsatisfying. w00t, you've broken the three-digit barrier, now stop. No, 99 should be max.

Also, 250 is usually the max "behind-the-scenes" (omg h3x) value for stats in RPGs- I've never seen it used as an actual level.
