i thougth that Xeanort's heartless was the most evil cause he took advantage of Riku and made everyone suffer just so that his desires could be realized.

Xemnas, because he ish crazy – Malfeficent, because SHE WILL NOT DIE! – Saix, because one minute he’s calm and next he’s psycho – Sephiroth, just because he is! : P
