Official FF thread?

When you check out the Official Kingdom Hearts II website, you'll noticed on the bottom it says:

Characters from FINAL FANTASY video game series: © 1990, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2005 Square Enix Co., Ltd. All Rights Reserved. SQUARE ENIX and the SQUARE ENIX logo are trademarks of Square Enix Co., Ltd.

1990 - Moogles (or Chocobos?)
1997 - FFVII characters (Cloud, Sephiroth, Yuffie and Cid.)

Point XIII. "Where's Aerith!?" (Keke couldn't help it...)

1999 - FFVIII characters (Squall "Leon"hart, Selphie, Seifer, Fui and Rai.)
2001 - FFX characters (Auron, but where's Tidus and Wakka?)
2002 - FFX-2 characters (As summons: Yuna, Rikku and Paine.)
2005 - FFVII: Advent Children characters (remodeled versions of FFVII characters Cloud and Yuffie.)

So basicly, there will be no more FF characters. However, did FFIX came out in 1999 as well? Just wondering in case they forgot...

So the un-officials are: Aerith, Tidus and Wakka, but at least we get to see 14 characters! ^_^

uh ..dude, aerieth, sephiroth, vivi, and tifa are in the game too. There are way more ff characters trust me. They'll have minor roles, probably just reside in Hollow Bastion.

oh and vincent valentine is rumored =]
