OMG I'm So Frustrated! HELP!!!

I am so close to completing Jiminy's Journal I can taste it I just have ONE more treasure chest to find in Twilight Town and I've looked ALL OVER and I can't find it. It's the one on the fourth row, second to last one, right between Mythril Shard and AP Boost.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what it is and where I can find it?

some of the items can't be found untile u finish everything except the very last world. The item you are talking about might be in the the wizards home were you get the new outfite it might be in the underground walkways under the city)it only open untile the last time u go to the city) it migh be in the town u take the train to( the same town as the 7 wonders of twilight town. IDk i don't have the guide with me so ya and I don't now how far you are in the game.

I don't think you need Glide cause, i have all the chests in TT and i never had to use glide.

GameFaqs has a nice file with the treasure chest locations. Here's the info on the one you're missing.

Area: Sunset Terrace
====================

Treasure Chest (#29) Orichalcum +, (#30) Mythril Shard, (#31) Mythril Crystal
and (#32) AP Boost:

When you enter this area go to the Western most end of the Tram Tracks and
look East to see a Treasure Chest (#30) at the front door of a the building
on the South side of the tracks. Go East along the Tram Tracks and you will
see about halfway down these Tram Tracks a Treasure Chest (#31) to your left
in a gap between two buildings near a tree. Jump onto the Train and then jump
onto the rooftop of that building near that tree to find another Treasure
Chest (#29). Go to the East end of the Tram Tracks and go up the stairs to
the North. Go around the corner of the building to your left and go up the
alley to your right (North) to see a Treasure Chest (#32) at the end of this
alley.

You could glide, or just use reaction on the tram when it rolls past that building then jump on the roof.
