I think Nobodies can have hearts, but not all of them figured that out. Roxas did though.

Roxas definitely had a heart. Namine might have had one too.

But then there's Axel & Xenmas. Their Heartless were destroyed, but it's never made clear if their hearts returned to them before or after they died.
