Exactly where do you get the profile pics and sigs?
Please tell me.

You find them over the internet. get the url and then paste it where it needs to be.

just go to www.google.com from there search in images for the exact pic that you want, then open it up or where it says "view full size image'' click there and you should copy the url at the top then go to your User Cp and put

in your sig and the pic should come out.

Or another option, is to make your own signiture, like myself and several artists do on here, upload it on imageshack.us or photobucket.com, and copy and paste the image URL with the image tags in to our signiture, and done. If you get good enough you can challenge other members and such.
