in the second vid it seems that it is Axel's job to terminate those who turn their back on the Organization, did he have to exterminate the 14th member?

Well Xigbar does mention that hes seen/met other keyblade weilder/masters...

So im not gonna say he just met VAT...but others,....INCLUDING VAT....thats probably why he doesnt mention their specific names...because hes met many of them and none really stuck out...

He's right Xigbar does say that "sora's wasn't half the hero the others were" so he probley met some of ther other keyblade weiders he also probley gotthat Scar from one of them too but that's just a guess

It's not Axel's job.
He's just the one fit for the job to exterminate Roxas.

well there are vids on youtube with people beating terra with no damage but xemnas...its a long and annoying fight and the first time you fight him in the replica dark city doesnt count if u win with no damage because is super easy

There's also another new scene where Xigbar is talking to Zexion, and both of them seem to know about VAT, since both seem intrigued by Xemnas looking for the other "friend".
