Alright, i'm thinking of getting the new Pokemon game for the Nintendo Wii, but what I REALLY want to do on it is have the ability to use my pokemon from my "Fire Red" version...
I have a DS, so would it be possible to send my guys to the Wii game?

Or will I have to buy a "Pokemon Diamond/Pearl" and trade them to it beforehand?
And if I do have to trade it -would I have to buy another DS or something, or would the GBA and DS have the ability to connect to one another?

Thanks for the helpz!

You have to get Diamond or Pearl

Diamond and Pearl has a functionality where you can transfer your Pokemon from Fire-Red and Leaf-Green into your Diamond/Pearl game, and once there you can utilize them in Pokemon Battle Revolution

^Aww, oh well. I guess Diamond/Pearl will be cool (I wasn't too hot on the new pokemon, to be honest =P)
Plus it's like, $40..

Oh well, this is why we have banks, right? ^_^

Thanks for the info dude.
