Welcome to the city of radius to the eyes of a simple civilian everything is fine ,but if you delve deeper you’ll notice this city is a war zone not just any war.. they all have the same plan make the world better … “perfect” if you will…well each groups version of perfect is different the kaotix want freedom for all while the Purists wants control they want it so bad that it has resorted to mind controlling throught medication that the people are forced to take it allows the Purists to plant thoughts into someones mind basically bending them to their will.in the mean time th kaotix attack key parts of the city that have a connection to the hypnosis many of the civilians are in freeing a few at a time, but most of the time the more they free the more that get hypnotised...so when it comes down to it
WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON
WHATEVER IT TAKES
Kaotix-Resistance group made up mostly of students, usually age thirteen to nineteen, who are tired of the oppressive purists. These guys are not your trained soldiers, these are people getting what they can find lying on the streets, basically Lead pipes, forks, knives, possibly even spoons. There may be a few guns found on the body of a dead purist that being said do you really wanna be seen carrying a gun around when your trying to blend in, you leave no trace of who you are or where you were ….if a friend falls you better be prepared to either pick them up or kill them, there will be no secrets spread to the enemy. Survival of the group is top priority, then comes strategy, then comes revenge.
AS YOU COMMAND
Purists –The government’s watchdogs these guys are the pick of the litter trained from age five to kill, destroy, and leave no trace of rebellion. these guys are basically tanks with legs carrying up to seven to twelve weapons at a time while piloting a mech suit that is plugged into there nervous system and even if they are thrown out the modifications that are put into there bodies make them stronger, metallic bones ,night vision, Anything you can think of within the parameters of the person being modded without careful planning and training to get your body ready without proper training you could loose control then become a vegetable. As you could imagine these guys tend to feel like they are superior to everyone don’t get me wrong …they are.

KAOTIX RULES- no highly advanced weapons no lasers maybe a gun but limited ammo
One mod no more than that ,and it is limited to minor changes remember you aren’t blessed with big bags o’ money
And one last thing these guys are trying to blend in the best way they can so try not to make the characters over the top
PURISTS RULES- no weapon restriction
Only three mods go as big as you want
Try to keep your character trimmed ,formal ,and well don’t be afraid to give them that im way above you attitude
ONE LAST THING Mods you can have them but you must explain how they work –
EXAMPLEs-bullet proof- Kevlar is woven into the the skin and a flexible yet strong metal is grafted into the underlying muscle tissue
EXAMPLE 2-flamethrower-the pores of the body secrete a flammable liquid under the control of the user of course and flint is put under the fingers creating a spark when you snap with the flame then you can regulate the flow of the liquid giving you the ability to ignite anything you want
