Spell-life?

what does the spell called life do. I have heard it on the forums lately but have not gottten it yet.So could someone tell me what it does?

I'm level 99, 100% on everything.. I never got this Life Spell.. + Proud Mode

I don't think it is in KH2.It is in FF games.
