i think between 10-20 for the Pain & Panic cup, other than that idk.

its the same as last time, you dont lvl up, you have to do something. in most cases, the thing you have to do is lvl up a dirve form though, or get a certain cutscene

i got pain and panic cup at lv20 and cerberus cup at lv28 and the Titan cup at lv 40
wats the cups after that and wat lv do i have to be to enter?
