So, as far as I'm aware, ever since the union leaders were introduced it's been theorized that the Old Mansion was at some point the home base of Unicornis. I recall thinking that perhaps it was Ira's mansion or something or the sort and leaving it at that, but with the new union leaders in Union Cross and after revisiting the mansion it's stirred up that old crackpot theorycrafting itch again.
Ugh, I'm rambling, and this probably makes no sense, but do any of you fellow forum goers have any thoughts on my revolutionary, never before thought of, totally infallible theories? /s

So here is my main question: Has it been established, at all, which unions are led by each of the new union leaders? If we can determine which Union leader is the head of Unicornis, it could give us some information about the Old Mansion. Why did Ansem set up shop at the Old Mansion? It's likely he could have brought Subject X there, perhaps to try and awaken old memories. It could also be where he was interested in Roxas/Ventus, and why he brought Roxas to the Mansion in the first place.
Another thought I was having: So during the end game of KH3, it's clear that Daybreak Town will eventually fall into ruin, based on the underwater bits of Scala a la Mode we see in the final boss battle. I was wondering if maybe each Union leader had their own "home base" so to speak that arose after whatever climax occurs. My reasoning is... well, it's pretty weak, but stay with me here. There's the old mansion and it's prominent Unicorn imagery. There's so few original worlds in Kingdom Hearts, and many of them have a different time of day. Could it be possible that each of these new Union Leaders had their own bases that eventually became their own worlds?
Twilight Town could have been built around the Old Mansion, for example. I think there's 4 other worlds that sort of fit this idea I have in my head. There's Radiant Garden, for Morning. Traverse Town could be one, for Midnight. The World that Never Was could also be one, representing like... I guess, nothingness? Like no time of day, caught between time, perhaps? Or maybe it's dusk, and Traverse town is night? I dunno. And then Destiny Islands or Scaela a Caelum, representing Noon/Daytime. There's also the Land of Departure, which is most certainly involved somehow. Is it possible all these worlds broke off of Daybreak Town and formed their own worlds when the worlds where broken apart?
Part of the reason I think that maybe new leaders are also related to specific worlds is Ventus' interactions with Destiny Islands. It is when Xehanort brings him there that he is able to awaken (probably his connection to Sora, but still). And secondly, why is it that his heart brings him to Destiny Islands to meet with Sora? Why didn't his lost heart go to Traverse Town, or somewhere else? Is it possible that the Destiny Islands are his "homeworld" so to speak?
As far as I'm aware, in KHUX we haven't visited any of these locations, so it's possible that they might not exist yet, correct?
