That's pretty nice. The only thing I'd probably change personally is to maybe make the canvas larger and to do a bit more with the white space on the left.

It needs more colors, in my opinion. It's too monotoned. Effects are nice though.

Sure thing. I just tend to like larger tags myself. It's just personal preference.

And I agree with Vic, some more colors would probably help out too.

The effects need to be spread a part a bit to break up the clutter.
The colors are monotone at the moment. Add some oranges and other compliments to bring it out.
Sharpen the stock a bit.
Add negative space /extra canvas/ to the left side to keep its flow from being strangled.

It's nice, but it can still use some work to make it 'glow'

Personally I like it.

Maybe try doing something to the top left. Try adding in some more light colors
