How do i Synthiseze stuff in KH2?
its super confusing!

Whats confusing you? The whole process? How to unlock new items to be created?

well.. i have mithral shards and all that good stuff, but when i go to the little short pink flying dude, what do i do from there?

Talk to him, Kupo.
It should bring up a menu, then hit Synthesize. Based on the items you have and the recipes you hold you should be able to create some new items.

You can find them in chests around the game. You probably won't have very many options early on.

If it makes you feel any better, I didn't utilize the synthesize option in KH2 very much, yet I still beat the game fairly.
