Okay, so in my strategy guide it says that you have to be at least Lv. 70 to enter this tourney but it wont let me enter, im Lv. 75. It wont appear in the tourney menu when I talk to Hades. Can someone help me?

Yeah I did and I also found out how to open it. I need to get each form at least Lv. 5. I think that I have to do the same with Summons also.
