Hello everybody! We have tons of new awards for the new year that can be requested through our Awards System thanks to Antifa Lockhart! Some are limited-time awards so go claim them before they are gone forever...
I remember that book a little bit. We read it in my 9th grade English class. At the time, I really didn't like it to be honest. It did have some interesting twists, like when Keno starts to lose it. Doesn't he beat his wife at some point on the beach?
I've been meaning to get into more of Steinbeck's work.
I enjoyed "Cannery Row", "The Grapes of Wrath", "Of Mice and Men", etc.
Probably going to pick it up over the break if I get a chance.
