Appearance: Subject stands at approximately six feet in height, and is slightly over weight. His hair is brown, and somewhat out of control, with its ends sticking out in many directions. His eyes are blue, which is apparently a unique trait within his family, no others have had blue eyes. His face shows signs of recent out breaks, which have been treated, and his facial hair has been shaved not long ago. His current attire is a black T-Shirt, black shorts, which are in fact a pair of pants that were to long, and cut into shorts. His current footwear is a pair black colored skating style shoes. Subject admits that he does not skate, but rater, he finds the shoes comfortable.
Personality:
Subject appears to be somewhat withdrawn from most others, specifically strangers. His friends are among the few that actually have consistent contact with him. In addition, he seems to be somewhat withdrawn from reality itself, and has a tendency to think of things that don;t always make much sense. His interests are geared towards people, and beliefs, being more focused on subjects such as philosophy, mythology, and psychology, as well as having an interest in music, and to an extent, media. He tends to operate in an unorthodox/unconventional manner, which is often looked down upon by others.
Powers:
While unknown at the time, bumps on his head at birth were a primary indicator of his powers to come. At first, it was believed that the injuries would result in mental disabilities in the future. Though that was somewhat the case, the bumps were really an indicator of abnormal mental activities, which, until now, have remained dormant. As a result of a recent increase in discomfort of direct interaction, his dormant mentality has been awakened, and has been showing itself to be far more destructive than initially thought. He has been capable of reaching out to the world through his mind, and been shown to be capable now of implanting his own thoughts, and into the minds of others, as well as reading the thoughts of those others.
Telekinesis has been shown to be spontaneous, and extremely dangerous. He has recently developed a level of telekinetic skill that most would find hard to fathom, having simply crushed an aircraft carrier simply by thinking of doing so. It should be noted that a power that is as uncontrolled as this would be far more dangerous than a controlled power, and one should be cautious of such power.
But more shocking even than these skills is his most recent power, enabling the physical manifestation of thought, and emotion, which are capable of holding either bodily forms, or simply forms of energy. The creations of his imagination have been appearing amongst the real world, and while they have shown no signs of aggressive behavior, experts have pushed the subject to withdraw them for the time being.
The conclusion now is that more field study is required to actually locate subject's limits.
Current Armaments: Subject has been placed within his next field test with a double sided blade. On one side is a standard blade, while the opposite side possess a serrated blade, similar to a saw. he has also been given a shotgun, and has developed a technique to eliminate the recoil of the shots.

Bio:
Subject's birth was as normal as one could have expected it to be, albeit having been born a week before he was due. As stated, his head was outwardly injured, and possessed bumps and bruises. A bizarre mental pattern was discovered in his brain, and thought to be signs of mental illness at the time. He was sent home four days after birth.
Through life, subject's social behavior has been rough. New friends were made with difficulty, and old friends were hard for him to keep. Such problems lead to moments of social isolation, which became more prominent through high school. As social conditions worsened, depression sank in, and isolation increased. Anger began to take root, as the subject's mind began to attempt to reach out to the world around him.
The result was the revealing of psychic powers, which turned out to be the reason for the mental patterns. Testing commenced shortly afterwords. Discoveries included the presence of telepathy, and telekinesis, and a somewhat obscure ability, coined as mental manifestation. Field testing of these abilities have now commenced to further understand the subject's condition.
