Chapter 1
The phone started to ring and so did my alarm.I woke with a daze hearing both at the same time.
"Darn phone is always ringing."I remark.
I pull my alarm clock out its socket and throw it against the wall.I walk downstairs and into the kitchen to get the phone.
"Tk wake your lazy ass up and come my house."My friend, Ellie said
"Don't rush me."I say scracthing my head.
"Luis is here too."Ellie said knowing that I would be over to her house in a jiffy since she lived right across the street.
"I'll be there in a bit."I say hanging the phone back up.
I took a long hot shower and put some jeans and a red T shirt on.
"Luis you're not gonna beat me again."I say running downstairs.to meet my dog.I fall down the steps and See King.
"Watch out King!"I yell before I hit the floor.King quickly moves and I hit the floor face first.
"I'm glad this is carpet."I say.
I put my shoes and my coat on and close the door locking it behind me.I knock on Ellie's door and she automatically answers.
"Sup Tk."She said
Ellie is two years older than me and used to date my friend Luis but something happened and well you know.
"Come on in."Ellie said.
I walked in and Ellie turned the lights on and everyone jumped from out of nowhere.
"Suprise!!!"They yelled
I jumped back in astonishment.
"Of course my birthday."I say.
I slap my head and start to remember.
"You forgot your own birthday?"Than said
"Hey i'm a busy guy."I say
"Well enjoy the party."Luis said.
Luis is my somewhat rival and friend i've known him for awhile now he always beats me in video games but today was different.
Ellie brought a cake out and sat it on the table.
"Make a wish birthday boy."She joked.
I looked at the cake funny and blew out the candles.
"My thirteenth birthday."I say.
*That night*
Luis and I played a bunch of video games and drank coke the whole time while Ellie,Paislie,and Than cleaned up the house.
"Hey guys remember that thing at school."Ellie said.
"Of course."I remark.
"Lets go see what it was if it still there."Ellie said.
"Yeah lets go."I say standing up now.
We left a note at all our houses saying we went out somewhere and left.
"Okay first off who's idea was this."I ask.
"Yours."Ellie says.
"But I thought it was yours."I say back.
"But it would be better if you lead."Ellie said doing the puppy dog pout.
"Darn I hate when you do that."I say.
"Okay i'll lead."I say gripping my baseball bat tightly.
We arrive infront of our school Benjamin Tasker Middle School.
"Well it was in the computer lab."I say picking the lock.
As soon as I finish we walk inside the school and into the computer lab.
"There it is."Luis says pointing to it.
It was a black portal with sparks coming out of it.
We all walked closer and I bent down to touch it.I bring my hand it because it shocked me.
"Ouch."I say shaking my hand.
A dark black hand comes outand grabs one end of the poral and a white hand grabs the other.
"Whats that?"I ask myself
