the main rule about this is, you need to join Nation States ( http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/85688/logout=1 ) and create a Nation
then move to the Region titled Cetra (that's my Region)
then come here and mention your Nation(s) (yes, you can make more than one, I have 7)
the RP is a war RP so you can RP as any Character in your army so there is no need for Character bios unless you want to describe your nation's leader(s) or strongest military officers

Westrepublic
Eastrepublic
Piratefarmers
Ceta the OneHitWonder
your options:
War- attack and fight another Nation
Alliance- help another nation fight
Ignorance- ignore the other nations fighting and remain at peace
if you don't want to make a nation you don't have to, you can make a single character for one army or make them a Mercenary
now, for changing Regions
once you have your nation, go to the link that says _____ pacific (it could be North, South, East, or West)
then look for something that says "Tired of life in this Region? Move to a new region today!"
click the link
on the next page, go to "Find Region" type in Cetra
then you should see a link that says "Move your Nation to Cetra"
then move to the Region titled Cetra (that's my Region)
