err... i think you made a mistake here...
the screenshot is bad quality, not the graphics...
no matter what, the graphics engine for the game stays the same so the graphics would be similar to the graphics of the game we have now...
its just a bad quality, low resolution screenshot...

The picture dosen't look like it's very high quality, so you can't assume it's Beta version. It's definitely not in KH1, that's for sure.

Disney Castle was always in the code for the original kh game...they just took it out...@__@;;;
That's probably something from when they tested out the game the first time.
