Since Disney only dubbed and released Spirited Away in America they have to still get the permission. Ghibli owns the rights to it and they'd have to get permission from them. Think Japan.xeanhort's ghost said:

Roger Rabbit is both Disney and Amblin, with Eisner gone, Disney's probably going to reconcile with Spielberg and be allowed to use the Roger Rabbit characters again in new material. Besides, Toontown ISN'T just Roger Rabbit anymore. There is the more Disney based versions in the theme parks and the online game.
Spirited away would be so cool, but would it nesicarilly go with the disney theme?

For Lilo and Stitch, why not a L&S scenario at Destiny Islands. Like having Lilo, Nani and David as actual residents of the town. Then Stitch ends up crashlanding in Destiny Islands on another of his adventures on the run from the Galactic Federation.
yes it is true that disney didn't make either spirited away or witch but the fact that they brought it over if you look they still have a hand in them as well so studio ghibli probly wouldn't mind having one of their movies in one of the best game franchsies if i could make more money i wouldn't object and disney and pixar lent some help on the nightmare before christmas if you have it on dvd watch the special features and the credits and you will see them their

they don't have the proper lisence to put films such as spirited away inside kh3...
they don't have the proper collaberation with pixar either which is why nothing from pixar has been included in the kingdom hearts game...its a really complicated thingy...
probably the reason why they don't put final fantasy worlds in there is because each final fantasy has it's own unique story. mention just one place out of that world and you would have to dullify and greatly shorten these stories and plotlines. it's not like disney movies where you can compact the plotline and just take out scenes from it. take mulan for example. look, you could gaze through the whole story within 30 minutes...and the movie was like 3 times that much. i personally wouldn't want any final fantasy worlds inside kingdom hearts 3 because they would either have to shorten the story or crop it considerably since all final fantasy stories worth including are fricken long...or to do the story actual justice, port the whole story, plot, characters over to the game itself, which is a stupid thing to do.
i don't think fantasia deserves it's own world. it would be better suited as a place you fly through on the gummi ship.
