You make an excellent point, but i think

no, dark riku, actually, it was regular riku who killed him because thats when he started using his dark powers instread of running away from them.......

one-winged Angel,Real Riku just made him go back to the Castle Oblivion Room.Axel and Replica Riku were waiting there,and Replica Riku Destroyed him or sucked his powers or something.
