12/1: Unchained χ JP Update - Premium Draw, Coliseum, Past Event Medals+

It's now officially December in Japan, which means we have a slew of new events and offerings available in KINGDOM HEARTS Unchained X!

First, to promote the new KINGDOM HEARTS II Sora Static Arts figurine, now available for preorder on the Square Enix e-STORE, Premium Draw from 12/1~12/9 will offer Sora KHII Illust Ver!

Sora KHII Illust Ver is guaranteed within 5 draws, comes with 3 ability slots filled and is capable of 80~150% Guilt! When set as the partner medal, the BGM of the HOME screen will change to Sora's theme.

His ability is Combo Arcanum, an attack costing 3 SP that inflicts 6 hits at all targets that deals more damage if placed earlier in your deck and decreases enemy defense by 1 for 2 turns. When it's activated, he will say "Let's go, Kairi".

Each 10 medal Premium Draw offers 1 returning Premium, 10 VIP coins and a bonus Cid5. Returning Premiums include:

Kairi Illustration Ver [1 target | 3 SP cost] Increases Attack by 3 for 1 turn, recovers large amount of HP, 1 hit
Riku HD Ver [1 target | 3 SP cost] - Increases Power Attack by 2 for 1 turn, 11 hits that deal more damage if more enemies in the stage have been defeated
Sephiroth Illustration Ver [All targets | 3 SP cost] 5 ultra-high-power hits
Sora Illustration Ver [All targets | 2 SP cost] Increases Power Attack by 2 for 1 turn, 11 high power hits
Sephiroth [All targets | 2 SP cost] 10 hits that deal more damage if more abilities have been used
Roxas SP Ver [1 target | 3 SP cost] 12 high power hits

Key Art #5 will also be distributed as a commemorative gift to players who fulfill special requirements! This medal includes the original artwork that can be displayed when viewing the medal!

Key Art #5 [1 target | 3 SP cost] Increases Attack by 3 for 1 turn, 6 ultra-high power hits

What are these requirements you ask? Well, you must have either 2 Kairi KHII Illust, 2 Sora KHII Illust, or 1 of each medal. Any of these combinations will work so long as your two medals both have Guilt by 12/13 at 15:00 JST.

A few changes have been made to the Coliseum, starting with the number of ranks by introducing Rank 14, and adjusts the number of stages skipped with one-turn-finishes.

A High Score Event will be held from 12/1~12/8 featuring Aladdin & Genie and Aladdin & Abu medals! Try your best to get the highest score you can to obtain some luxurious rewards!

Christmas Present Event will be held from 12/1~12/18! Complete the 30 quests in this event to obtain previously released event medals!

Currently, only 15 quests are available, with the other 15 being added on 12/12. These quests consists of Challenge Quests, which offer medals that can be earned upon fulfillment, and Drop Quests that offer medals obtained through enemy drops.

So instead of two Mickey & Brooms we can get only one from the Coliseum per month now. I'm not really happy with that change.

I think it's an error. The coliseum announcement in the game says that 11, 12, and 13 each reward one Mickey & Brooms. I'm sure people will get extra jewels or something for it. I wouldn't worry about it.

SENA needs to give us a draw like that. If only they would be ever so kind. With the way things are right now, I don't think I'll ever even get a single Illustrated medal.

Guessing we'll get the Pegasus Armor in NA as well, and I'm still hoping for M&B. Mainly because I'll need a full deck of Guilted Medals to have any chance at some of the Lv5 Adamantite missions. TT is the only one that I've completed so far, TW and LL just have too much atm. Working on the others except MoG, because I still need to keep leveling that keyblade...

Wonder what the next set of events will be for NA? Guess we'll find out on Friday. I managed to get top 5k for the HSC. Hoping it holds...As long as the spike tomorrow isn't massive, I've got a shot.

What it does Ability2?

Ability2 reduces the SP used by a medal's ability to 2 SP with a 100% activation chance.
For example, using a medal's ability that normally costs 3 SP will only deduct 2 SP from the gauge, though you would still need 3 SP to use the ability.

With a 100% activation that's a bit better than No Cost, which only tops at 49%. Not to mention ABII on top of that, that's pretty sweet. Good for something like Master Xehanort.

think u misread it, the updates shows only broom servant reward for clearing rank 11 & 12, 2 pcs for rank 11 n 3 pcs for rank 12, and mickey n broom servant for clearing rank 13... only 1 mickey n broom

i m definitely getting tat skill too, but will b using it on maleficent b, she is using a ability 1 skill, changing to tis ab2&att up sure is gonna turn her into a monster ^_^

I mean if you fuse the 5 brooms you get with tier 11 and 12 with fantasia mickey you still get 1 mickey&brooms so it's still 2 of them a month
