Key Art #15 [Random Target(s) | 0 SP cost] For 1 turn: Increases Upright Attack by 1, Attack by 3 and PSM Attack by 3. Heals status effects, recovers a large amount of HP and 3 SP, inflicts 1 hit

5 Skill Draws are available from 1/29~1/31! Each draw comes with 5 ★6 medals and a guaranteed skill. Players are limited to 1 draw of each banner per day, which comes with 5 VIP coins.

Skills being offered are Attack Up XL II 100%, Guard Up XL, Ability0 & ATK XL 100%,  Lux & ATK XL 100%, and Triple Threat EX II.

The ★6 medals may also come with one of the following abilities attached:

The Unlimited Play campaign returns from 1/29~2/4! During this time, the following are in effect:

• AP cost for all quests is set to 0
• AP cost for all Raid Bosses is set to 0
• Experience obtained in medal synthesis is doubled
• Munny cost for medal synthesis is halved
• Guilt bonuses is set to a higher range

Union Cross is updated from 1/29~2/11! Clear quests to earn coins and redeem the Falling Snow pet part! 

There are 3 sets of Cross Boards available:

(1) Magic Mirror set 1

=> Magic Mirror set 2

(2) Broom Servant set 1

=> Broom Servant set 2

(3) Falling Snow

Challenge Boss Time is held from 19:00~19:29 and 23:00~23:29 JST, during which players will receive more Cross Coins.

Nice artwork for Key Art 15, but much like the majority of recent VIPs I don't really see how it's worth it. Oh well, that's actually good because VIP is a huge rip-off, even if the medals are good.

Sorry, but how exactly are they a rip-off? Not only do you get an additional 1400 Jewels, but you can also GUILT THE MEDAL by "just" paying 15$. Which is ONE pull. You'd spend more Jewels if the medal was a 10-mercy or even a 5-mercy if you don't have enough Jewels and it's an unexpected medal.

Of course one can say "but f2ps can't get them", but that's also a reason why they (most of the time) aren't THAT good. Of course there are some exceptions, but still.

Also. This one seems worth if for Proud alone because of it being random.

Just because a regular pull is even more of a rip-off doesn't make VIP good. It's called micro-transaction yet you get one guilted medal and 1.5 pulls. For 10$ (in JP). That's a lot more worth than global, but it still doesn't fill my idea of micro-transaction. Four weeks of VIP get you a full console video game, and that's still insane. :l

Because $15 is a ridiculous amount of money to have to spend for a one week "subscription" to the game. I don't care if they give away a medal for that $15. I mean, in comparison, streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll give you access to a ton of shows for almost half that price, for a whole month. No measly little mobile game with silly little temporary "benefits" should ever even be able to cost that much.

Even if they're going down the whole microtransaction route, as VoidGear said, these ain't "micro"transactions. Maybe $0.99 for a pull would be a microtransaction... But $20 for a single pull? It's a rip-off. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. SE is making a whole lot more money off of this than they should.

Also. This one seems worth if for Proud alone because of it being random.

It'll be a very long time until Upright buffs are even needed in Proud Mode. Like the game probably will be over by then. lol

Key Art 15 sounds and looks really nice. Multiple buffs and omnihealing for 0SP and is Random Target so it can be used in those particular Proud mode missions. Rolling EA40 on that would be handy for those who will be getting it, and it fits snugly into a Fairy Stars setup even without EA40 because KA15+KEX+EA40CopyArt=Max Buffs and Debuffs for the majority of attributes, letting the last 3 slots go nuts with damage, even more so with a HD Xion in Slot 4 for full Upright potency.

Aside from that, another quiet start to the week for JP. Kinda nice, actually. One thing I wonder is that I can't recall if JP had already gotten the Falling Snow pet part in December...if not, this is the second (or third because snowman balloon) instance of Global getting something before JP in less than a month. Interesting trend...Not sure if it'll stick, but Global is getting ahead in a few areas outside of banners. Just wish they'd have that kind of focus for the Story Missions. I know the normal ones have localization to worry about, but the same cannot be said for Proud Mode where the majority of the mission is there and much less text needs translating or altering. They could speed those up at least.

Nope, this is the first JP is getting that particular pet part (the Snowman Balloon also hasn't arrived yet). But Global is also missing all of the New Year's stuff so it's an interesting trade-off.

Interesting indeed...I think most of the New Year's stuff we missed was because of this whole Upright/Reversed split, but the Avatar Boards are definitely something we missed period. Let's see if the trend holds...

That, and he's boosted...yeah, can't wait for the next magic weekend raidboss with 150mil HP, and Terra with 210% guilt due to Ventus EX. This'll be so much fun.
