i doubt it.....major? maybe somewhere in between major or minor. he was pretty major in COM and kh2, but since then...not much

Axel is like a secondary main character, he is important and prominent but not neccessary. Unlike TAV, Xehanort, and SRK, and MGD who are all important and needed in the story.
