She can't log into KHI forums, even though she uses wifi, internet..etc...

Best things to do (if they haven't already been attempted):

- Ensure the password is correct
- Reset it if necessary
- Try logging in on a different browser

The page won't load. It just says "Interent explorer cannot find page" and other stuff. She also tried Mozilla Firefox but it still doesn't work!

It sounds like she's getting the same server problem I had like everyday for a while there, so:

Can she still access the main KHInsider page?

I know I could access the main page, well most of the time, when the server went down for me. >.<

If it is the server problem, nothing much you can do about it, but wait. >,:
