Polar coordinates is under Filters>Distort.

Also, I'm starting to debate on using the first one for the tournament or my current entry:

I'm actually on the opposite end of Jaxxy here.
I'm down for the second version of the first tag because there's an air of complexity to it, and it stands out a mile against the first version. If it had a few more color gradients, it'd be bangin'. ITT; Magenta and purple.
