I've seen the anime, it is well animated and very cleanly done, although the eyes tend to sparkle a lot. Eve is ine if my favorite characters and her powers are very cool. I also like the girl that breathes fire later in the story who idolizes/has a crush on Black Cat

I have read up to 3 in the manga and seen 2 episodes of the dubbed anime. It's pretty good.

Kyoko is the fire taoshi in love w/ black cat
Eve is the conscience of Tearzhu's (sorry if wrong spelling) project Eden, which she is nanotechnology
Saya has a lookalike named Saki exept that she's a musketeer while Saya is a sweeper
Echidna ends up with Creed if you look at it
Creed is not entirely evil.... he goes good at the end
Shardin looks cool w/o his glasses LoL

Train is a chrono eraser who retired and went to the sweeper (bounty hunter) life. He was formerly known as "Number XIII Black Cat". I love this manga!
