I figure, if we can get enough people wanting Final Mix in North America, then we just might convince Nomura to translate it for us like Re:COM. Kid I know you're thinking of the greater good, but FM+ is NEVER coming stateside let alone outside of JP in general. Petitions have been done thousands of times and have they produced actual results in the past? No, so promoting your cause here won't do any more good then the other attempts made by other fans.
