Actually it seems pretty obvious that it's Hallow Bastion. Comparison to other screens of the same world clear that up. It's Hallow Bastion. Besides, that's where Cloud's stationed for most, if not all, of the game.

it looks like the place where in the prom trailer, where cloud swings his sword down, its probably the scene where he fights sephiroth.

but nay. it's definitely hollow bastion. you can see the castle in the background and it makes more sense as all the FF characters now stay at hollow bastion
