other than being Christian and following God who is light I think light is cooler. It is good and heroic, fighting against all that threatens the good of humanity and I personally hate evil. Plus those who have to rely on darkness are weak. You have to be weak to rely on the darkness to help you. And if your heart is consumed by it your heart is very weak.
