I have a weird question or comment, I am probably wrong and it is probably just Xehanort trying to manipulate ven and terra but, It almost seems like he wants them to be empathetic towards him. Like in the new subbed trailer when he talks about that people who succumb to darkness shouldn't have keyblades and not to make the same mistakes he did? I don't just something odd I noticed help would be nice ^^

It kinda looked like Ven he was talking to in that scene. But "defeating the Darkness" could indeed mean beating DS, since, for all we know, he was refered to as a "monster consumed by darkness, by MX.
