Help!?

Well I have beaten kh1(a while ago), but for some strange reason I can't get cheer for Sora in Hundred Acre Wood and I've done everything that each site that I've visited has told me, but still the game won't give it to me.
Do you think its a glitch?
Because without it I can't get 100%

Well I did buy it used so it does have a few scraches on it, but I tried it on my friends new disc and nothing

This for Sora's Cheer (from gamefaqs):To get Sora's Cheer ability, you must complete all five of the 1AW mini-games
within a certain time period or get above a certain score, then talk to Owl.
Here is an easy-to-read chart showing you what the scores of each 1AW mini-game
you must dominate are (following Vrooney's 1AW mini-game strategies, they
should be a synch to put behind you):

Pooh's Hunny Hunt |100+ licks **
Pooh's Swing |40+ yards *
Pooh's Muddy Path |05'00"00- (under 5 mins) *\**
Block Tigger |150+ points **
Tigger's Giant Pot|00'30"00- (under 30 secs) ***


Difficulty Rater:
*- Easy
**-Intermediate
***-Hard

Note: After you get the techniques down, all of these become rather easy.

C. I did all the requirements but didn’t get Cheer, now what? <NW>

Now you must go to Pooh's house and talk to Owl. He should give it if you met
all the requirements. If he doesn’t, check your Jiminy's Journal. It should
tell you all of your records under the mini-game section. If one of your
records doesn't meet or beet the minimal requirement for Sora's Cheer Ability,
then you must redo thatparticular challenge (or whichever ones' required scores
you didn't meet or beat).
Congratulations, you have earned Sora's Cheer Ability for reuniting Pooh and
his friends!(ohhyeah, and for being such a great help to Piglet and them)

And also for 100% make sure you;ve done all of this

all characters upto level 100, ultima for sora, save the king and queen, dream shield and staff, all trinities, all dalmations, all top spells, all summons, all items synthesised, all tournaments (including ice titan and sephiroth) in colisseum, alone and time limit, all pages of ansems report, all winnie the pooh levels done, all spell arts, Matsutake rank, all clock tower items, Kurt Zisa and Phantom done

Otherwise i see no reason why you won't get 100%

Actually I've beaten those by alot on some, but it still doesn't give it to me

I'm not sure what I did last ,but I know i've visited owl

this is right
on my second file i get the last piece of the book yesterday and then i did al the minigames and i have it now

so there nothing wrong with the info so it must be your disc or save file
i had that once
i loaded the game(not kh) and only saw the character and i just keep fallling and it never died or something.

if that it is the only thing you can do about it is starting a new game and hope it wont happen again.....
