Hiruma from Eyeshield 21 versus Kira/Light/Raito from Deathnote

I'm pretty sure a lot of ppl will say Kira, but I'd say Hiruma.

Kira would only win if he knew Hiruma's name. It's a rule of death note. Hiruma, however, would have Light's name the say day, if not days before, he entered Deimon high. Hiruma's not stupid enough to let Light get his name.

Hiruma would always have dirt on Light, and due to his extensive network, he'd be able to watch Kira at all times, effectively stopping him from using it. On top of that, Hiruma carries a gun on him at all times.

When it comes to Hiruma, Kira's so far out of his league.
