How do you get a picture from the videos?

How do you get pictures from the videos. For example I wanna get a picture of Namine, from the intro that they just released. How can I do that and what do i have to do to like get the picture of her and put it here as my banner or something?

Wrong section to ask this, but:

On your keyboard, find the keys Prt Screen/Sys Rq, Scroll Lock, and Pause/Break (Usually above the directional arrows and the home, Insert etc buttons.) When you're upto a part in the video which you want to save, press the Prt Screen button. Then, go into paint, or something similar, and press Paste. You'll get the rest.
