How to get Stopga?

I have already beat the Phantom and need one spell to get the Dream Shield. Can someone help, got it before but I forgot where.

That's funny; if you've beaten Phantom, you should have received Stopga. Are you sure you've not got it?

You have to complete the Pooh's Swing minigame in 100 Hundred Arce Wood to get the Stopga spell.

Yeah, thats probably it. I hate 100 acre wood and must of just skipped it for the moment.

Well, you also have to have sealed the keyhole at Hollow Bastion.

Yeah I did. pretty much beat the game but am going for another 100% playthrough.

I'm not sure but I think that whenever you get those stuff, you get an "upgrade" for the spell. Otherwise you might get a weird situation in which you'd get Firaga before Fira.
Most people I know at least would indeed have gotten it through Pooh's world before heading on to fight Phantom, hence getting Stopga there, but it seems to not be the case here.
