Edit: Besides which, family ties have never been important in the KH universe, so it's highly unlikely that they're related in any way. Plus, even if they were related, then Ienzo might have been a lot more reluctant to turn on AtW later on as he and the other apprentices became Nobodies. It could have changed things quite a lot.

AtW was just treating Ienzo to some sea-salt ice cream...can't an old guy treat a (about) 10 year old kid to some ice cream...so...and no relation...like someone said, they look nothing alike.

i remember hearing somewhere that even tells ven that ienzo lost his parents or his parents abandoned him, something like that
but i'm not too sure

Even says that when Ven rescues Ienzo, he has no parents, and that he's looking out for him, if I'm not mistaken.
