For me, my favorite indie band is Vampire Weekend. They're like asdfjkl; all over my keyboard.

Just a suggestion, I'd probably just say this is in general an alternative rock thread, cause that's really what most indie is anyways. That aside, I've been listening to tons of indie/alternative lately and I really like Vampire Weekend, MGMT, The XX, The Strokes, and many others I could name. I've been listening to Young the Giant lately, and I really love them atm, and also Iwan Rheon, who played Simon on Misfits has surprisingly really good music. I bought both of his EPs off of iTunes. Also, The Shins are releasing a new album on March 20th!
