KH2 Summary????

in the gamefaqs forum there is a guy called SaWa that Dude who is doing an actual summary for kingdom hearts 2. by the sound of things it almost as if it was the real thing. some say he's doing a fan fic, other say its true. what do you guys think? i think it sounds interesting.
