Hm... I am not quite sure who that is. So I can't really say if the effects fit him or not.

Anyways... The stuff in the background (the shape brushes) don't go with the smudged type brushes near his chest.


But the color scheme looks good.

Way too monotone, and some of the effects are slapped on. Like the saint signs, the square text in the BG. Text isn't too good either; the foreground text.

i like what you're trying to do, i just don't like the way you're doing it.
and the colors are good. but, as marluxia said i dunno if the effects match him either.
i know that sounds weird, but certain stocks deserve certain effects.

i would take off many of the brushes you used and try something different.
