My idea about the white creatures

now lets assume for a moment that people whoes hearts are full of darkness are less prone to being controled by thier emotions and are logical
so there fore the light makes your emotions stronger and the Dusk are not bad they may just be haveing fun and not crazy just following thier emotions

Riku was willing to kill Sora, and hurt countless others in his quest to get Kairi's Heart back. look how crazy Ansem was!

Belonging to the light made Sora see what was Right, Just, and True.

DPM: The enemy in Kingdom Hearts II is no longer just the Heartless this time? Also, there are men wearing black jackets, but are they the same people from Kingdom Hearts?

TN: The white enemies seen in Kingdom Hearts II are third forces following the Villains [in each world] and the Heartless from Kingdom Hearts. I can't say who's who amongst the people in the black jackets, but a character from Kingdom Hearts is among them for sure.

read interview more carefully, it says there the third force following the villians (the org in each world) and the heartless.
