Need help puting the enchanted flame out! In " Beauty and the Beast"

My hand feels as though its on fire!! I have been jamming the triangle button like a pschyo person trying to put the last enchanted flame out. But its not going out! Any tips?

You have to wait until the Mrs. Pot and Lumiere to be next to you to do it.

instead of just jumping over the barrels you need to break them open, it takes more time to get to the lantern but it takes less time once you get there.

you need to break the barrels so Mrs. Potts and Lumiere can follow you, otherwise you won't be able to.
