This is a thread for all theories concerning the Organization/Unknowns.

I think that the COM unknowns will all be in KH2 somehow for two specific reasons:

1) The magazine ad above shows fully rendered PS2-style 3D models of the unknowns. Why would these be made if only be used in a magazine ad?*

2) There would be a gap in numbers. Nomura said that COM did not have to be played to understand KH2. But if the members of the Organization in KH2 go as followed: 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13...people will get confused as to where the other members are.

Now let me examine this picture:

From left to right we have: ???, ???, The Enigmatic Man, ???, The Guy who corrupts Beast at Beast's Castle.

My theory on the unknown who is crossing its arms is that this unknown is Larxene. Why?

1) The pose is NOT Zexion's. If you look on the magazine ad above, you'll see that Zexion has both his arms crossed together with the hands visible. But this unknown has the arms crossed in a different fashion, and the hands are concealed.

2) The body shape. Larxene has the same body shape as this one with the curves and the shoulders not "pointing" like the others.

Larxene's pose is the exact same as the unknown in the screenshot, except that the right arm is lifted and holding knives.

Now moving on the the other unknown doing a body gesture, the one with the arms behind his back. As I stated before, this is probably the guy who corrupts Beast at Beast's Castle.

Exact same pose. He is also doing it in the trailers when Sora and co. are in the Ballroom of the castle and see him there.

My best guess is that he's an unknown we haven't seen yet. If he was an unknown from COM, he'd be Marluxia. His body shape is similar and he is tricking Beast using the rose...

I sorta agree with you most of the way untill you get to the part with beast. At the end of CoM, you kill Marluxia and before that, Axel disappears. Many people say that he died. If you notice that when you kill Vexen, he flashes then the screen fades and he's gone. But Axel just goes *poof*. And more proof about this is that Axel is seen in many screen shots of KH2. I haven't seen ANY KH2 shots of the others.

Thats funny thats SIMILAR to what people said about Vexen before COM came out lol

Heres what I think, we all know the Unknowns are nobodys or NEOs, I really dont think you can kill a NEO/Nobody so yes that is possible the Unknowns from COM are still alive.

WHy in the hell would it be Kairi and where did you get that. There is one way it is Kairi.

I dont think its kari she's still stuck on that island and i'm pretty sure that person would have fighting moves and there is no record that kari can fight.

well we don't know which are which, and we haven't seen them all so we don't know which fight or not, plus certain sayings while showing kairi say this time i'll fight, so it is sort of plausible?

And I agree with Adventchildkiori, they're probably weren't killed 'cause it's kinda hard to kill someone who doesn't exist.

If there are 13 members and we only saw 6 in CoM, how come they can't be 5 new ones?

On those at HB, I have doubts that they are Marluxia, Larxene, Zexion, and Lexeus. And what's stopping the EM from being the one at BC? Posture/Poses/whatever doesnt mean anything since people can have more than one and people can have the same, just like that one Unknown and Kairi.

It's true that people have lots of different postures, but these are game characters, not real people. Most anime/game characters have distinguishing poses, and I think that's the case with these Unknowns.

I dont think that those members will be coming back. Remember that those Organization members were traitors (not counting Axel). If they went back to the organization, Axel or the superior would probably have them killed.

They may come back - just not as members of the Organization. Perhaps they will become outcasts.

well, Larxene will be in the game. in fact, I think only three of the ones in CoM died. and those would be: Lexaeus since he wasn't really that important, Vexen because it was important to the storyline that he died, and Marluxia because they can't bring back Ansem AND Marluxia or the final bosses of the games would pile up and everyone would be annoyed saying: I killed all these people before!

Actually, I learned from someone "in the know" (i.e. Friend of Square-Enix staff members) that Vexen does in fact come back, but don't quote me on that because I don't know the accuracy of that statement.

And besides, just because you kill somebody once doesn't mean he's gone - especially in Square-Enix games. I mean, I fought Seymour in FFX a quadrillion times and that freak wouldn't die!

On second thought, those members coming back does make sense. Square Enix says CoM does not have to be played to understand KH2, that would make mare sense if those guys did come back.
