There are more than 7 in the game. I found 5 in the TWTNW world.

Doublesword, wait, we are talking about Orichalcum+. And, also, if you only have 5, then why do you assume that there are more than 7? Anyways, you are talking about normal orichalcums. There are like 16 or something in the game.
