Random character

Felt like making a new character for no reason.
Did this on ms paint with a mouse got bored on paper.
Plus since its a new project I wanted to see how it looked to others.

I'm not a perfect artist or anything but it looks it a little sloppy. I mean, that's really good on a computer and all.

I really like the overall look of the face and hair. If you could refine this style a little more, than you'd really have something here.

Yeah sorry if its sloppy used the smallest pixels to get it done tried to make it look sketchy.
What do you mean by refine?

Basically, clean it up a bit. You know, make it look less like a sketch and more like a finished design. It reminds me a lot of Miwa Shirow's (author/artist of the DOGS manga) art.
