What was it about?
what happens is that it starts with a prince and a knight sparring with wooden swords, the knight's name is Bowen and he is the main protagonist most of the time, after their fight, The king summons them both to see him crush a rebellion within their realm... but what happens instead is the king is ambushed and killed and when the prince, Whose name is Inon (Pronounced Eye-non), tries to support him, he is given a death wound and there is only one way to save him, Inon and a dragon ( Later in the movie Named Draco), Draco gives half of his heart
(hence why the movie is called Dragonheart) to Inon... but after that, Inon becomes king in wake of his father, and begins enslaving the people of the kingdom.
After that event, Bowen thinks he's been tricked by Draco and starts hunting all the dragons in hoping of killing the one who corrupted Inon. But it turns out Inon was evil to start... Inon Tricked Bowen and it took Draco telling him to realize that

but after Draco Tells Bowen that He's the last dragon, they begin a plan to raid villages under the aspect that he kills Draco in villages by a large lake. thus them paying Bowen for killing him. but it's fixed...
in the end though Draco and Inon Die and Bowen will lead the world into a new age
