When Judgment Day arrives
And nothing is left,
I will be the shining Sun
That radiates through the clouds
And reflects off your face.
When the world cries rain
And brings you despair,
I will be the drop
That falls onto your breast,
And gives you a smile.
When there is a moment of regret,
A moment of doubt,
I will be there.
You are not alone.


What is this fire
That consumes my soul?
A slow kindle
Has turned into
Something much larger.
Something more beautiful.
I gaze at the fire
And watch,
As the flames flicker and reflect
A magnificent red.
A large crackle
And ambers fly into the abyss.
Cast away,
By darkness.
Yet, at the end of the fire,
The embers remain
Forever.

Hmm... Been a while since I've written any... I might as well post some of the older ones.

Weight forever on your shoulders, always the expected hero.
Your time overdue, step forward now.
A wish like a tear, wipe it away.
Realise your destiny, your path is yours to choose.

Skies deep with colour,
eternal bliss.
Fear, joy, come into one.
Stars splashed across, fear overpowered.
This night, never wanting an end.

Broken hearts, played over and over again.
It's song forever gone, a lifeless tune.
Skip a beat, jump back into rhythm.
Gone again, my melody lost

I feel insignificant compared to the previous two, but...eh. Found an old (rhyming -_-) work of mine.

The rustling leaves are my guitar
The blazing heat, a drummer
Stop and listen, near and far
It's the music of the Summer.

Come let the rhythm fade to bronze
As Autumn's palet breathes
Crescendos light, yet faded, strong
Amidst the calloused leaves.

Fresh and free the fallen flowers
Their children bloom, how petals blend
How breezes cast the Springtime hours
Many passed, the tune, it ends.

The hills a page of purest white
My footprints, words to tell the tale
Of journeys through our Winter's night
Below a sky so soft, so pale...

So very pale against the midnight sky?

So very icy against the midnight sky

I made myself blind

Like a violent storm

In pieces innumerable

Upon habit I sought fault in you

And now there is nothing
But a dark, cruel mist
Against a midnight sky

Boundless sights

I remember those, Days of night

Those days you and I spent together
With the sky being our limit
We go anywhere
Anywhere our love will take us
In the stream of flowing emotions
Gently guiding us to the one place where we feel at peace.
That place of peace, the one location for our solitude.

Whenever I am away from you I feel alone
Whenever you don’t call I am not at peace
Whenever theses days of night close on me
I could never let you go.
