Third person's always easiest but First is more descriptive of the charecters.

If you need charecter development help, just ask me. I know way too much about writing. In fact, any story question just ask and I'll help you as much as I can.

Wrong, both can be equally descriptive, the difference is in the bias imposed by the point of view.

In third person, you are impartial, and therefore can explore all characters as much as you wish.

In first person you are restricted to one character's inner thoughts, and it lets you explore the persona of that character at a much deeper level than third person, but at the expense of having to see the world through the eyes of that one character. Meaning you don't get to be as in depth with other characters.
