Help/Support ► Some help with a math problem is sorely needed

So, I got a problem for my math homework. Here it is.

18 9 24 20

Arrange the above numbers in order to make the following equation true:

________________________________________ = 18

I cannot figure out this problem for the life of me. It's simple algebra, and right now, it's defeating me. My dad, who is smart as hell, can't even figure this out.

Anybody have any clue as to what the answer could be?
